What is Direct Connect?
Direct Connect is our new HR online portal that will enable you to Learn More, Get Help or Take Action at any time and place that is convenient for you. You can access Direct Connect by logging in to EpicEmployee and selecting Direct Connect: Take Action or Direct Connect: Learn & Get Help. You will continue to view self-service items (things like your paycheck and benefits enrollment) in the Take Action portion of Direct Connect.
What is People Connect?
People Connect is our dedicated and knowledgeable HR team connecting with you when it matters most. The best way to reach the People Connect team is to ask a question in Direct Connect, which will open a case for you where you can track updates and closure. If your question requires immediate contact with the People Connect team, you can search 'Help' in Direct Connect to find the direct line to a People Connect team member. The People Connect team will respond to questions seven days a week, with phone support Monday-Saturday from 6 a.m.-7 p.m (MST) and Direct Connect case support (no phones) on Sundays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (MST).
